    Are you a licensed private investigator?

    Yes, we are fully licensed, bonded and insured.


    Can you provide work references?
    We can provide you with attorney references however we do not divulge information or give references from private clients to ensure their privacy.

    Will my case be treated confidentially and how do you ensure that?
    Subpoenas aside, your case will never be discussed with anyone. Confidentiality and trust are the benchmark of a professional investigator and it would be a violation of our code of ethics and also against the law. We also sign a non-disclosure agreement with our client.

    Will the person I am investigating find out or be notified?
    Absolutely NOT! We are 100% confidential and discreet. Our ability to continue being top in the industry is testimony to this fact.


    Can you check someone’s bank account?
    We can access an individual's financial assets, however the law prohibits investigation companies from acquiring and distributing an individual's personal banking information. The only exception to this, is a court subpoena.

    How will I be updated on my case?
    Depending on the complexity and duration of the case we will always keep our clients abreast of all developments. The method and frequency of communication will be agreed upon at the initial client meeting.


    Will you provide a detailed report?
    Upon the completion of a case a written report will be submitted to the client. Our reports are admissible in court if needed by the client’s attorney.

    How much do you charge?
    The dynamics of each case is unique as there are many different variables involved. Therefore, it would be difficult to give a cost without first discussing the client’s expectations. However, we do offer a free consultation and you may contact us to set up an appointment.


    Are you willing to be a witness in court if needed?
    Yes. All our investigators will attend court if required. We are well acquainted with this procedure, having done so on numerous occasions.
